Overview

Management of TBô approached us to build a custom, multi-purpose financial / operating model, to set up an ongoing FP&A tracking as well as position the company for the upcoming venture fundraise.

Together with TBô, we have built a full-scope Excel model, with bottom-up revenue build-up, KPI analysis, data visualization and fully automated structure that enables TBô to continuously use the model within the organization.

This transaction highlights Flow Partners' successful track record within e-commerce, consumer DTC and online marketplaces, having built models and advised companies like Ave & You (personalized DTC skincare brand) and GoTrendier (online marketplace for second-hand fashion).

Our Approach

We built a bottom-up financial / operating model including following features:

  1. Built for e-commerce / DTC brand - growth channels, sales funnels, SKU modelling, shipping, inventory, custom revenue build-up, etc.
  2. Focus on KPIs - in-depth modelling of granular details e.g. cohorts, customer acquisition, traffic development, etc.
  3. Full automation - minimal worksheets, annual and monthly views, auto-updating summaries and model outputs ready to use in presentations.
  4. Multiple cases & scenarios - ability to run the whole model from one tab with easily customizable scenarios to present various business cases (e.g. investment case, pessimistic case, etc.).
  5. Data visualization - auto-generated and dynamically updated charts and output tables.
  6. Raw data integration - seamless data updates with integration from Stripe, QuickBooks, etc.
